There are certain circumstances wherein no refund is granted:

  • Item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons other than our error.
  • Item is returned more than fifteen (15) days after delivery.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email advising you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or via original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for shipping costs for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service (e.g. UPS, Fed Ex) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
